Nurses will take great care of patients, ensuring they are relaxed, safe, and healthy.

Key Responsibilities

• Patient Care: Provide daily nursing care to patients in private homes, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
• Health Monitoring: Regularly monitor vital signs, track medical progress, and report any changes in the patient’s health status.
• Provide the medicines and vaccinations as the doctor asked.
• Wound Care: Change bandages and care for the area after surgery as required.
• Personal Care: Help patients with daily health activities like cleaning, washing, dressing, and moving.
• Emergency Response: Be prepared to handle medical crises and provide first aid if necessary.
• Keep detailed notes on patient care, medications given, and any changes in the patient’s state.
• Teamwork: Work closely with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare workers to provide organized and effective care.
• Family Communication: Maintain communication with the family members of the patient, updating them on the patient’s progress and care needs.

Skills and Qualifications

• Nursing Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or an equivalent nursing qualification.
• Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in nursing, preferably in home healthcare or working with elderly or critically ill patients.
• Licensing: Valid nursing license or certification recognized by relevant health authorities.
• Special Skills: Having experience in specific areas like children’s nursing, intensive care, or wound care can be helpful.
• Cultural Sensitivity: It’s important to understand and accept Saudi culture, customs, and religious beliefs.
• Language Skills: You need to be fluent in English.. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus but not mandatory.
