Key Responsibilities
- Help competent personnel with construction duties, such as material handling, loading and unloading, and mixing.
- Assemble and keep tools and equipment in good operating condition.
- Observe safety precautions and report any risks or problems while on the job.
- Assist in transferring supplies and materials across the facility
- Workplace Organization: Keep the workspace clean, tidy, and well-organized to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Observe Safety Protocols: Follow safety guidelines and report any risks, issues, or hazards to supervisors.
- Assist with Material Transport: Help in transferring supplies and materials across the construction site.
- Support Installation & Construction: Aid in the setup and construction of structures or installations
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Basic understanding of construction processes and safety procedures.
- Ability to handle physical labor.
- Good communication skills in Arabic or English.
- Prior experience in a construction setting is a plus, but not always required.
- Standard working hours for helpers are typically 8 hours per day with at least one day off per week.
