Full-time Store Manager in Oman. Salman Stores Oman Avenues Mall is seeking an experienced and skilled Store Manager. The Store Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, ensuring excellent customer service, managing the team, maintaining inventory, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the store. You should have 2 years of experience as a Store Manager. Pay based on your experience.
Store Manager responsibility
- Run the daily operations of the store smoothly.
- Meet sales goals and improve store performance.
- Lead and support the store team to give great customer service.
- Hire, train, and guide store staff.
- Keep the store clean, tidy, and well-organized.
- Manage stock levels and make sure products are always available.
- Solve customer problems and handle complaints politely.
- Follow company rules and safety guidelines.
- Work with the marketing team on store offers and events.
- Look for ways to improve store processes and save costs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma (preferred, but not always required)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and people skills
- Experience in reaching sales targets
- Basic knowledge of stock handling and store displays
- Good problem-solving and customer service skills
- Able to use computers and POS systems
- Flexible to work on weekends, holidays, or shifts if needed
