Full-time factory manager job in Oman. Oman Refco is seeking a Factory Manager. As a factory manager, your responsibility will be to ensure production processes, maintain standards, and optimize productivity while adhering to safety and regulatory standards. Factory Manager Responsibilities:
- Make sure all workers do their jobs well
- Plan what work needs to be done each day
- Check that the products are made correctly
- Make sure machines and materials are used properly
- Fix problems if something goes wrong
- Keep everyone safe by following the rules
- Write reports and keep records
- Talk to the boss about how things are going
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in a factory, preferably in food production.
- At least 3–5 years of experience as a manager or team leader.
- Good computer skills (Excel, Word, production software).
- Can speak and write English well (Arabic is a plus).
