Full-time farm manager job in Oman.Sohar Poultry Company (S.A.O.C) is seeking a farm manager. The farm manager will manage poultry production, supervise farm workers, maintain high biosecurity standards, and ensure the health and productivity of the flock. Pay based on your experience. Free meal and housing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Look after the daily work on the farm
- Take care of the birds and check their health
- Make sure birds get the right food and water
- Keep the farm clean and safe
- Guide and manage farm workers
- Check and fix farm tools and machines
- Keep records of birds, feed, and medicine
- Order needed farm supplies on time
- Report problems to the company on time
Requirments:
- Must have experience working on a poultry or animal farm
- Should know how to care for birds and farm animals
- Able to manage a team of workers
- Good at solving problems and making decisions
- Can read and write simple reports
- Must be physically fit and ready to work in all weather
- Basic knowledge of using farm tools and machines
- Honest, responsible, and hardworking
- Education in farming or animal care is a plus
