Responsibilities
As an Assistant/Junior Accountant, your tasks will include:
- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate financial records and ensure they are updated regularly.
- Account Reconciliation: Assist in reconciling accounts, ensuring all financial transactions are correctly recorded.
- Invoice Management: Prepare and process invoices, ensuring timely payments.
- Budget Support: Assist with budget tracking and cost control.
- Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial reports.
Qualifications
- Experience: At least 4 years of experience in accounting.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (experience with Tally, QuickBooks, or similar is a plus).
- Good communication and time-management skills.
