Responsibilities
As a Civil Foreman, you will be responsible for:
- Supervising Construction Projects: Oversee daily operations on construction sites and ensure work is completed on time.
- Team Management: Lead and coordinate the workforce, assigning tasks and ensuring safety procedures are followed.
- Quality Control: Ensure that construction work meets high-quality standards and adheres to safety regulations.
- Material Handling: Oversee material usage and inventory on-site.
- Problem-Solving: Address any issues that arise during construction and provide solutions to keep the project on track.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a Civil Foreman in the construction industry.
- Location: Candidates must be available to work in Muscat, Oman.
- Preferred Nationality: Indian (Kerala preferred); No African nationals, please.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage a team efficiently.
