Full-time factory manager job in Oman. Oman Refco is seeking a Factory Manager. As a factory manager, your responsibility will be to ensure production processes, maintain standards, and optimize productivity while adhering to safety and regulatory standards. Factory Manager Responsibilities:

• Make sure all workers do their jobs well
  
• Plan what work needs to be done each day
  
• Check that the products are made correctly
  
• Make sure machines and materials are used properly
  
• Fix problems if something goes wrong
  
• Keep everyone safe by following the rules
  
• Write reports and keep records
  
• Talk to the boss about how things are going

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in a factory, preferably in food production.

• At least 3–5 years of experience as a manager or team leader.
  
• Good computer skills (Excel, Word, production software).
  
• Can speak and write English well (Arabic is a plus).
