Full time factory operator job in oman.National Plastic Factory is seeking for a well skilled & experienced factory operator.The ideal candidate will have strong communication skill & well manners,  be able to follow instructions, and work well in a team environment.You should have 3 years experience in operating .We offer a competitive monthly salary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor factory machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.

• Follow all safety rules and company guidelines.

• Keep an eye on machines to make sure they work properly.

• Operate machines safely and correctly.

• Ensure products meet quality standards.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
  
• Must have experience in a plastic factory or manufacturing.
  
• Ability to work in shifts and stand for extended periods.
  
• Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
  
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
