Job description
Rowad Al Jazeera Trading & Contracting Co. is seeking an experienced and motivated Finishing Foreman to oversee interior and exterior finishing works on construction sites in Hofuf–Al-Mubarraz.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise all finishing activities including painting, tiling, plastering, carpentry, and ceiling works
- Ensure the quality of work meets project standards and specifications
- Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and workers
- Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of finishing tasks
- Inspect and resolve any on-site issues or rework needs
- Ensure safety compliance on site
- Report daily progress to the site engineer or project manager
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in finishing works (plaster, paint, tile, ceiling, carpentry, etc.)
- Proven ability to lead and supervise a team on construction sites
- Skilled in reading finishing drawings and specifications
- Strong knowledge of materials, tools, and finishing techniques
- Able to ensure quality control and worksite safety
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Arabic language required; English is an advantage
- Must be willing to work in Hofuf – Al-Mubarraz
- Transferable Iqama preferred (for non-Saudi applicants)
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in finishing supervision
- Strong knowledge of interior and exterior finishing methods
- Ability to read drawings and work independently
- Good leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Arabic required; English is a plus
