Key Responsibilities:

• Packing & Sorting: Assist in packing processed food items into containers, boxes, or packaging materials.
• Quality Control: Check products for defects, damages, or contamination before packaging.
• Tags and Seals: Make sure that packages are properly tagged and sealed according to company rules.
• Weighing and Measuring: Make sure you measure food amounts correctly for packing.
• Keeping Things Clean: To keep the workplace clean, follow the rules for health and safety.
• Loading and stacking: Put packed things in order so they can be stored or moved.
• Following Safety Standards: Adhere to food safety and workplace safety guidelines.

Job Requirements:

• No official schooling needed (though a basic education is best).
• Age: 20 to 45 years old (depends on the job)
• able to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy things
• Basic understanding of the rules for food safety and cleanliness
• You don’t have to have experience packing food before applying.
• Being able to work in a dynamic setting
