Introduction to the Job
As an Immigration Consultant, you will play a key role in helping clients achieve their immigration goals. Your responsibilities will include sales, marketing, business development, and market research to ensure consistent achievement of targets. If you are a target-driven individual with strong customer relationship management skills, we want you to be part of our team!
Responsibilities
- Planning & Market Research:
- Execute marketing strategies and branding plans.
- Conduct market analysis and evaluate trends.
- Plan and implement marketing activities to drive business growth.
- Sales & Marketing:
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop new client relationships and enhance existing ones.
- Conduct webinars, seminars, and presentations to attract clients.
- Build strong institutional ties with associations, chambers of commerce, and clubs.
- Manage and follow up on client leads and applications.
- Generate content for social media to drive lead generation.
- Reporting:
- Provide daily and weekly updates on sales activities, prospects, and client feedback.
- Submit reports on marketing activities to the Branch Manager and HO.
- Maintain accurate records of prospects contacted and clients acquired.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in immigration services related to Canada/Australia PR, PNP programs, study visas, work permits, and business immigration.
- Fluency in English with excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Strong customer relationship management skills, time management, and quick learning ability.
