Job Responsibilities

• Assist nursing staff in providing direct patient care, ensuring patients are comfortable, safe, and well cared for.
• Help with patient hygiene, mobility, and feeding as required.
• Take and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration rate, and blood pressure.
• Assist in maintaining patient records, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Support the nursing team in preparing patients for medical procedures and surgeries.
• Ensure patient rooms are clean, organized, and ready for use.
• Monitor patients and alert nursing or medical staff to any significant changes in their condition.
• Help in transporting patients to different departments as needed.
• Maintain a positive, compassionate, and professional relationship with patients and their families.
• Follow infection control and safety guidelines at all times.
• Perform other duties as directed by the nursing team.

Qualifications

• Certification in Nursing Assistance or related field (or equivalent).
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Hours

• Full-time position with rotating shifts (day, evening, and night shifts as required).
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays may be necessary.
