Key Responsibilities
As a waitress, your main duties will include:
- Customer Service: Greet and assist customers, ensuring they have a pleasant dining experience.
- Order Taking: Accurately take food and drink orders and deliver them to customers.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the dining area tidy, clean tables, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Teamwork: Work closely with kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth service.
- Payment Handling: Assist customers with payments and provide correct change.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a waitress or in a similar role is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Good knowledge of English; Arabic is a plus.
- Positive Attitude: Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented.
- Flexibility: Able to work from 1pm to 11pm with 1 day off per week.
