Introduction to the Job
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. You’ll play an essential role in managing daily operations, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the smooth running of the office. Your responsibilities will include handling inquiries, bookings, and assisting with car rental operations.

- Greet and assist clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Handle phone calls and emails, providing information about services.
- Manage bookings and reservations for car rentals.
- Maintain reception area to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Assist with administrative tasks and manage daily schedules.
Qualifications
- Must speak English fluently and have strong communication skills.
- Driving license is required.
- Experience in the car rental field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work a 9-hour daily shift and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
