Key Responsibilities
- Greet Guests: Welcome guests with a friendly smile and provide an outstanding dining experience.
- Take Orders: Accurately take food and beverage orders and deliver them promptly.
- Serve Food & Drinks: Ensure timely and professional delivery of meals and beverages.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the banquet lounge organized, clean, and ready for events.
- Work with the Team: Coordinate with kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth operations during events.
- Personalized Service: Anticipate guest needs and provide exceptional service.
- Handle Inquiries: Address customer requests, concerns, and complaints professionally.
- Follow Health Standards: Adhere to proper food handling and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe environment.
Qualifications
- Filipina Preferred: Previous experience in food and beverage service is an advantage.
- Communication Skills: Excellent ability to communicate and interact with guests.
- Positive Attitude: Friendly and welcoming demeanor with a passion for customer service.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting.
