Qualifications
- Education: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from a recognized school. A Master’s degree in Nursing or Healthcare Management is an advantage.
- Licensing: A valid Saudi Nursing License, with registration from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCHS).
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
Work Hours
- Each shift typically lasts 8 to 12 hours depending on the department’s needs.
