Job Description
SAQCO ARABIA LIMITED CO. is hiring a careful and organized Accounting Clerk to be part of our business team. The best candidate will help with keeping financial records, entering data, and doing basic accounting chores to support the company’s work in building, equipment rental, and transportation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and accounts.
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
- Assist in reconciling bank statements and financial documents.
- Create and arrange cash records.
- Enter info accurately for all banking activities.
- Help with exams and checking financial rules.
- Talk to suppliers, clients, and team members about money-related issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a similar area.
- 1 to 3 years of work in accounting or bookkeeping (recommended).
- Knowledge of bookkeeping tools like QuickBooks or SAP.
- Good at working with numbers and understanding data.
- Great attention to detail and good planning skills.
- It helps to know about Saudi tax laws and cash rules.
- Can work by yourself or with a team.
Work Hours
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
