Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of carpenters in the workshop.
- Ensure all woodworking tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Plan and manage daily operations and work schedules.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to carpentry projects.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in woodworking and carpentry.
- Previous foreman or supervisory experience is preferred.
- Ability to manage a team and oversee workshop operations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
