Key Responsibilities
- VAT Filing: Handle VAT filing and ensure all records are up to date.
- Prepare Quotations & Invoices: Create accurate quotations and invoices for customers.
- Balance Sheet Management: Manage and prepare balance sheets to maintain financial accuracy.
- Customer Service: Assist with customer inquiries and ensure smooth operations at the office.
Qualifications
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Knowledge of VAT filing, preparing quotations, invoices, and balance sheets.
- License: A valid driving license is required.
- Strong Attention to Detail: Must be organized and efficient.
