Key Responsibilities
- Give patients caring and skilled nurse support, following medical guidelines and hospital rules.
- Give the recommended medicines and treatments, while watching for any bad side effects or responses.
- Take part in a healthcare team with doctors and other medical workers to provide the best care for patients.
- Keep an eye on patients’ health and quickly inform the healthcare team of any changes.
- Teach patients and their families about health issues, treatment options, and how to take care of themselves. Support what patients need and help them stay healthy.
- Keep patient data correct and current, following medical rules and privacy guidelines.

Qualifications
- Nurses need to have a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from a recognized school.
- Midwives need a bachelor’s degree in midwifery or a related diploma from a recognized school.
- You must have a current Saudi Nursing or Midwifery License registered with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCHS).
Experience & Language
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare setting(preferably in maternal care or nursing).
- You need to be good at English, and knowing Arabic is helpful.
Work Hours
- Typically, each shift lasts 8 hours.
- As Al-Ahsa Hospital operates 12/8, scheduling will be managed to ensure the best care for patients while balancing the staff’s well-being.
