Aster Sanad Hospital, a top healthcare provider in Saudi Arabia, is looking for an experienced and committed Senior Nurse to join our team. Aster Sanad Hospital, founded in 2008, is known for offering great healthcare services with a skilled team and modern medical equipment. As a Senior Nurse, you will help provide excellent patient care, guide other nurses, and support the smooth running of the nursing department.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and assist a team of nurses, guiding and mentoring less experienced staff to ensure excellent patient care.
- Give and oversee care for patients while ensuring that medical rules and hospital policies are followed.
- Assess patient health, develop care plans.
- Monitor the patient’s health, watch their vital signs.
- Conduct training workshops and in-service education programs.
- Support patients by making sure they feel comfortable, safe, and Keep clear.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from a recognized school.
- Licensing: Valid Saudi Nursing License, with registration from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCHS).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional nurse experience, with at least 2 years in a leading or management job.
Work Hours
- Each shift typically lasts 8 to 12 hours, depending on the department’s needs.
